From April 1, 2019, all construction companies must ensure that all of their ‘on site’ employees must have completed the GPI (Generic Port Instruction), as well as the corresponding test. There are 3 GPIs to choose from. The candidate has access to every sector with this certificate.
PlusPort has developed a standard link especially for the GPI that ensures that the GPI information is available in both, the profile of the candidate in the academy software, as well as being directly linked to the GPI register. This automated link comes at the price of a small contribution, additional to the standard price of the GPI.

The candidate starts with the online instruction and then has 30 minutes for the test: if the candidate is taking longer than the time then 1 exam attempt has been used. The test must then be restarted. With 1 login code it is possible to take the test up to three times. |
| Statement |
Due to the fact that PlusPort forwards the personal data of the candidate to a third party – read GPI – the candidate must sign this digitally. PlusPort itself is in possession of the ISO-27001 personal data certificate. |
| Certificate of participation |
Every candidate who has passed the GPI test will receive proof of participation their profile: the results will be sent directly to the database of the GPI register. The GPI certificate in the GPI register is valid for 1 year and the candidate has access to every sector. The candidate data is deleted one year after the certificate expires. |
