How can I cancel my exam?
Cancellations must be done by email to customersupport@plusport.com.

In case you have to cancel due to illness or death in the first line it is possible to postpone your exam without any charges when you provide us with a medical certificate or a death certificate showing that you are 1st in line from the person who passed away . We need this certificate within 7 working days in order to be able to postpone your exam without costs. In case we do not receive such a certificate in time we have to consider the exam as cancelled. |
